Road repair design program based on the analysis of deflection lines measured by a deflectometer and the calculation of stresses and strains of individual road layers (material characteristics of road layers).
- works on Windows 2000 and later
- retrieves deflection measurement data from various file types used by FWD users, including the newly introduced PDDX file
- user-friendly filling in of all input parameters required for subsequent calculations in a single input window
- allows to divide the measured section into homogeneous sub-sections both in terms of thickness of structural layers and traffic load, etc.
- allows to enter different input parameters for individual sub-sections without having to divide the measured section and calculate each part separately
- corrects the measured deflection lines to the design temperature according to the equation developed within the solution of the CDV research project. The correction is made for each measured deflection line and the temperature recorded during its measurement. This eliminates the subsequent inaccurate repair of the asphalt layer modules to the average temperature during the measurement
- performs recalculation of modulus of elasticity of road layers, stress and strain quantities
- calculates the residual life and calculates the required strengthening thickness at each measuring point for the specified traffic load
- in case of unknown traffic load, allows to calculate the load capacity of the road
- allows you to enter the thickness of the replacement of the existing pavement layers with new layers with their design material characteristics and calculation of the required thickness of the newly laid layers in order to achieve the planned service life. It is also possible to enter the recycling of the road base layers and to calculate the required thickness of the subsequently laid asphalt layers on this newly established base layer
- lists the errors of replacing the measured deflection curve with a theoretical curve, providing information on the success of the user-selected calculation model, on the basis of which the user decides on possible changes to the input parameters
- each sub-section contains statistical processing of values
- the output is tables and graphs in Excel, containing all measured and calculated data, used by the user to design road repair technology
